  • Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air, Pixel 8) and OS version.
  • The app version (Portfolio → Settings → About / Debug).
  • A clear description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot.
  • Whether you're signed in (Apple / Google / Microsoft / email) or playing as a guest.

Common questions

  • Lost progress after reinstalling? Sign in with the same account — your cloud save restores on launch. Guest (local-only) saves don't transfer between installs.
  • Purchase issue or refund? In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; refunds are requested through them (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Play Store → Order history). We're happy to help if something didn't unlock — email us.
  • Ads not working / reward not granted? Make sure you're online; try again after a moment. If a reward still doesn't apply, email us with the details above.
  • Want to delete your account/data? See Delete account.
